Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or otherwise transferring the data contained in the Ecomleads database to any third parties. The data provided is intended solely for the user’s internal business purposes and must not be utilized for any external commercial activities, including but not limited to acting as a data reseller or data broker. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the user's access to the service and may lead to legal action.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.

12. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Finland.
